Experience in AQL standards and Mechanical Process and Applications. e.g. Casting, Forging, Machining, Plating/ Coating翻譯社 Plastic, blueprint reading翻譯社 GD&T, metrology. etc. Job Scope: Manages and facilitates supplier quality and continual improvement initiatives between ZURN ASIA suppliers and associated ZURN business units quality assurance personnel. Key Responsibility: 财 Managed ZURN ASIA suppliers: key supply chain relationships to individual part qualification and maintenance. - Inquire and comply with divisional specific requirements - Following up product quality issues with supplier - Coordinate periodic audit and associated corrective actions to company standard assessment form. - Coordinate division new product FAIR/PPAP activities insuring approval for production. - Monitor and coordinate preventive action on individual Quality concerns as to insure ZURN goals and responsibilities are achieved. 财 Support the development and consistent implementation of effective supplier quality system. Support new supplier development identification to ongoing supplier quality initiatives. Support engineering issue on RFQ. Provide backup support to other office personal as needed. Support and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety regulations.
